Closures information and educational resources for families staying at home
Published: 17 March 2020
Some activities and services have been cancelled or closed. We have asked activity providers to remove any services or activities if they are no longer running. Before attending any activity, service or event, check with the organiser if they are still running. If you’re an activity provider and you need to remove an activity from this website, you can do this by logging in to your account.
Update 3 September 2020
Over September 2020 the Family Support Service will begin to provide face to face support in a variety of settings including within family centres and family homes where families have an allocated worker. To manage this we will be taking a gradual approach to resuming our support, which is detailed below.
If you need urgent support and you have a Family Worker, please call them directly. Family Support Workers will be maintaining regular contact with existing clients to offer support and advice. If you don’t currently have a Family Worker and need some help or advice you can contact the Buckinghamshire Family Information Service on 01296 383 293. You can make a request for support by completing the online form.
If you are concerned about the welfare of a child you should contact First Response on 01296 383 962 (or 0800 999 7677 out of hours).
