The Importance of Physical Activity for your Health and Wellbeing
Keeping well during the Covid-19 pandemic
Would you like some support in helping to manage your lifestyle?
During this difficult time of social distancing and not being able to see family and friends in a normal manner can cause or worsen loneliness and anxiety. This can challenge the way you look after yourself in terms of eating well and keeping active, not to mention coping with the inevitable ‘low mood’ days.
We are offering some free, online educational sessions that will give you a chance to focus on how to keep well by optimising your diet, physical activity, sleep and mental health.
On these workshops you will:
- Specify the benefits of being physically active
- Recognise the detrimental effect on health by being physically inactive
- Identify what is meant by “physical activity
Call us to enrol and we will help you to join the workshop online. Quote U2PH08AHO for the Tuesday workshop and U4PH09AHO for the Thursday workshop.
