Update 3 September 2020
During September the Family Support Service will begin to provide face-to-face support in a variety of settings including family centres and family homes where families have an allocated worker. To manage this we will be taking a step-by-step approach to the support we provide, which is detailed in our news article.
Amersham Family Centre offers universal and specialised support to families in the local area.
We work closely with partners, such as the Health Team and local Early Years settings and schools, to ensure that we are meeting the needs of the children in our local community.
Amersham Family Centre can offer particular support to children with additional needs and/or disabilities and their families.
