A club for people with disabilities to come together, get active and work together in games.
DASH: Disability, Arts, Sports, Health. Encouraging people to take part in a range of organised activities designed to increase their physical skills, life skills and general health to enhance their quality of life. The format consists of an hour's swim and an hour's multi-activity session.

- Cost Description
£7.50 per session or £70 for a ten-week block
£4 for a half session either just swimming or just the multi-activities. Note that priority is given to full session attendees if maximum numbers are reached.
Single sessions can be paid by credit or debit card at the activity. Block bookings can be paid for by invoice, cheque or credit or debit card. Cash is not accepted.
