Wild Wednesday | Walk on the Wild Side

Get closer to nature with the Wild team on an epic walk to complete as many of the '50 things to do before you're 11 and three quarters' challenge activities as possible. Routes and session themes will change with the seasons. The Wild team will take you to some of the best places across the gardens for '50 things' fun. From rolling down a big hill to bird-spotting to damming a stream, there's lots you'll be having a go at. By the end of the walk, you'll certainly be able to tot up a whole lot of stickers for your sheet. Booking is essential.

Meet at the East Lake Pavilion; please allow enough time to gain admission and make your way to the gardens (it's around a 0.3 mile walk from the New Inn visitor centre).

This is an outdoor event. Wear clothes you don't mind getting a bit messy and wear comfy shoes. Wellies for the wet days. If it's sunny, bring your sunhat, sunglasses and cream.

Booking not necessary. Normal admissions prices apply.
