Update 3 September 2020
During September the Family Support Service will begin to provide face-to- face support in a variety of settings including family centres and family homes where families have an allocated worker. To manage this we will be taking a step-by-step approach to the support we provide, which is detailed in our news article.
We are an inclusive Family Centre based in Aylesbury town offering inclusive services where opportunities are provided for all children.
Our site is accessible and has facilities for disabled visitors. We have strong links with the health team, the speech and language therapy service and other agencies offering support.
