The Expedition Team are proud to be able to offer some free hours each week to help people recover from illness or manage their mental health. We have a number of experienced fully qualified mountain leaders - don't let the title worry you - they're just good at reading maps and not getting lost.

We are happy to offer individual walks or a series of walks over a period of time - say once a week for six weeks. All we want to do is help get people out of their homes and into our amazing countryside then give them the skills to do it themselves.

We can design walks that are as long or short as you like and with the right level of difficulty to suit you or your clients. We will work with groups of not less than four adults (aged 18 or over), or with smaller groups or groups of young people provided that they are also accompanied by a health care professional.

As you will see from our website we can also provide multi-day expeditions to places like the New Forest, Isle of Purbeck (Dorset), Dartmoor or further afield the Brecon Beacons or Snowdonia in Wales.
