Fun and friendly family classes for ages 5 to 65. Guaranteed to boost your confidence, increase your fitness and most of all you'll have fun! Whilst learning a traditional martial art you will also learn a modern martial art, with effective self defence and fitness programmes.
All you'll need to do is to wear something loose and comfortable, bring a drink and bare feet.
