Update 3 September 2020
During September the Family Support Service will begin to provide face-to-face support in a variety of settings including family centres and family homes where families have an allocated worker. To manage this we will be taking a step-by-step approach to the support we provide, which is detailed in our news article.
Disraeli Family Centre is an inclusive setting. Activities are planned to meet the needs of all children and adults.
The centre is fully accessible. If you have any additional needs please call us and we will be happy to help.
