YogaBellies for Pregnancy
YogaBellies for Pregnancy sessions are unique, revolutionary prenatal yoga classes for pregnant women.
We use traditional yoga postures (asana), adapted and beneficial for pregnancy and the common ailments associated with pregnancy.
YogaBellies for Pregnancy classes also include an especially created combination of self-hypnosis and yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) and breathing techniques for pregnancy and birth (pranayama).
YogaBellies pre-natal yoga classes are gentle and safe for all women, whether you are new to yoga or have years of practice.
Each class lasts 1hr 15 minutes and each week focuses on a different aspect of pregnancy and birth.
This is more than just a yoga class, but also training in deep relaxation and preparation for birth and motherhood (I am certified in Birth Rocks training too).
The classes are suitable from 14 weeks gestation onwards.

In light of the latest government guidelines my classes are no longer taking place in their normal venues, but moving to live-streamed classes. They remain the same times, but you get to experience the class from the safety of your own home.
My pregnancy classes run on a Monday night at 7pm to 9:15pm (formerly Halton) and on a Thursday night at 7:30 to 8:45pm (formerly Tring).
Whilst classes remain online you can attend both classes LIVE and have access to both recordings per week when traditionally you would choose between the venues or divide your block between them and pay per session rather than per week. This means you are getting 16 classes for the price of 8. This is 20 hours of pregnancy yoga.
You can choose to attend only one live class a week of course or just listen to the recordings but you wouldn’t be able to connect with the other ladies so easily.

- Cost Description
The classes are a rolling block of eight and are booked in weekly blocks in advance. The cost of the block is £96, and you can do as many blocks as you wish.
At the time of booking, you are required to pay a deposit of £16 via PayPal or credit/debit card. The remaining £80 is payable via bank transfer within one month of booking, or at a time agreed between us if this time scale is tricky.
