Local Offer

Description

We work closely with partners, such as the Health Team and local Early Years settings and schools, to ensure that we are meeting the needs of the children in our local community.

  • Hazlemere  Children’s Centre can offer particular support to children with additional needs and/or disabilities and their families by:
  • Supporting families to access Children’s Centre services
  • Working with families in the home with specific things, such as behaviour, routines, learning and development
  • Offering advice and assistance with accessing the correct benefits and/or grants available
  • Guiding and helping families to access groups/services run by our partners that address a specific need
  • Supporting families at health/medical appointments
  • Supporting families in raising self-esteem and self-confidence
  • Making and/or endorsing referrals to specialist support services
  • Hazlemere Children's Centre offers specific support (for example groups that run at/supported by Children’s Centre)Early Years (0 to 5 years) All needs met
