ABLEize | Disability and Special Needs Resources
ABLEize is a disability run website dedicated to providing the UK’s largest collection of disability and special needs online resources in an ever-growing directory putting disabled people, their family and carers in touch with information, advice, support, groups and clubs, disability sports, the arts and much more within 420 plus dedicated categories. Established in 2006 ABLEize was created and is run by disabled people offering both national and local resources under one safe roof.
ABLEize is maintained and added to regularly by its group of disabled researchers to ensure the information is kept up to date. Typical resources include disabled children’s resources, the arts for all disabilities and special needs, sports and support, access and travel assistance through to benefits, care services, employment and disabled and special needs education to name just a few. You will also find the UK’s largest collection of disability-related clubs and groups all listed in individual regional categories.
