Bring Your Baby Fitness Class
Are you a new parent? Do you want to increase your fitness but find it impossible to fit a gym session or exercise class into your baby’s routine?
Introducing CrossFit Chiltern ‘Bring your Baby’ – a brand-new workout class which is specifically designed for new parents who want real fitness results but who also want the flexibility of being able to bring their babies to training sessions.
Based on the results-driven strategy behind our normal CrossFit sessions, workouts are adapted to incorporate buggies and strollers into varied and functional movements that focus on helping you achieve your specific fitness goals.
All parents will train workouts programmed by fully qualified pre and post-natal personal trainers which will work on building Flexibility, Balance, Coordination, Strength, Cardiovascular Endurance, Stamina, Accuracy, Power, Agility and Speed through a range of movements to keep your body challenged and to keep you motivated.
New mums, in particular, can benefit from access to specialist care and advice on how to regain that all-important core strength and flexibility after giving birth.
Each CrossFit Chiltern ‘Bring your Baby’ session offers:
• Programmed workouts from qualified pre and post-natal personal trainers
• A range of equipment to train with – no boring treadmills!
• Changing rooms and toilets
• Coffee area in the gallery to relax and socialise after sessions
• Indoor and outdoor training areas
• Free parking
• Facilities to warm milk
• Small groups to allow for more personal coaching
Open to new mums and dads, CrossFit ‘Bring your Baby’ is appropriate for all levels of fitness and no prior CrossFit experience is necessary. Just come along, enjoy the varied workouts, socialise with other parents from the local area and start seeing real results!

Cost is £15 for a drop in session or in blocks of 10 for £100 or 20 for £180.
We do offer a free trial class to new participants. We then suggest all new participants come in for a free No-Sweat consultation prior to starting training so we can establish goals and find out previous history.
For Bring you baby participants the Foundations Programme includes 3 Free Classes.
