Chiltern and South Buckinghamshire's STOP Programme for parents with teenagers. As registration is needed to attend this course, please email find out which centres this course will run from.

Development of the teenage brain and how this impact emotional regulation and behaviour. Parents developing listening skills and missing the hook’, dealing with confrontation and increased awareness of peer influence on teenagers. Additional content includes sessions on teens using alcohol, aggression and conflict and screen time.

  • Session 9 - Living as a parent

  • Session 10 - Putting it all together
