Family Support Service

Covid 19 update: If you have an allocated key worker they will be contacting you soon to make arrangements.

Following the latest Government advice, the Family Support Service will no longer be running drop-in sessions at the 3 Family Centre Plus sites (Mapledean, Southcourt and Newtown). For now, all Family Centre sites will remain closed to help prevent the risk of spreading Covid 19.

If you need urgent support and you have a Family Worker, please call them directly. Family Support workers will be maintaining regular contact with existing clients to offer support and advice.

If you don’t currently have a Family Worker and need some help or advice you can contact the Buckinghamshire Family Information Service on 01296 383293.

You can make a request for support by completing the online form.

If you are concerned about the welfare of a child you should contact First Response on 01296 383 962 (or 0800 999 7677 out of hours).

The Family Support Service is a new service designed to improve the lives of children, young people and families.

The Family Support Service has been carefully designed to provide better, more targeted support for vulnerable families who face a range of issues or more complex challenges. The service will provide one-to-one support to families and individuals.
