COVID-19 Childcare advice, information and support

January 2021

Throughout the current lockdown period all pre-school children should attend settings as usual. However, in these challenging times, there may be periods of time when staff need to self-isolate.

The government is asking everyone to provide childcare for all children regardless of parents occupation.

For older children from reception age upwards attendance is restricted to:

  • children of critical workers
  • those with an EHCP
  • those that have a named social worker.

For more information take a look at the GOV.UK guidance and Buckinghamshire Early Years website.
