Exam Stress

Taking exams is stressful! You may be feeling a weight of expectation from your family, school, university or workplace to succeed. You may be afraid you're not good enough, or haven't worked hard enough.

A little bit of exam stress is good because it motivates us to knuckle down and work hard. But exams can sometimes make stress levels get out of hand, which can stop us from performing our best. So it's important to address it and get it back under control.
